By accessing and using Personal-360 ("the Service"), operated by GivEducation Limited, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Personal-360 is a platform that enables users to collect anonymous feedback from colleagues, friends, and family members. The service includes:

• Creation of feedback sessions with customizable questions
• Anonymous feedback collection from multiple participants
• Analytics and reporting dashboard
• Development planning tools
• Email notifications and sharing capabilities

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Share false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Attempt to breach anonymity or identify feedback providers
• Use the platform for commercial purposes without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Upload malicious code or attempt to hack the system

5. Payment Terms

Use of the Service requires an annual subscription as outlined in our pricing structure. Payment terms:

• Annual subscription: £5 for the first year (early bird offer)
• Renewal: £49.99 per year after the first year
• Up to 50 responses per feedback round
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
• Prices may be updated with notice to users

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GivEducation Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content you provide, but grant us a license to use, display, and analyze this content for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Feedback Anonymity

We are committed to maintaining the anonymity of feedback providers. However:

• We cannot guarantee absolute anonymity in all circumstances
• Technical issues or legal requirements may occasionally compromise anonymity
• Users must not attempt to identify feedback providers
• We reserve the right to investigate abuse or misuse of the platform

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall 360° Feedback, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms
